Advantage Plus is seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our HR department in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, newly created position requires a strategic human resources professional capable of driving key organizational initiatives and managing day-to-day HR functions.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 8 years of professional HR experience, with a strong background in employee relations and talent acquisition. You will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, managing conflict resolution, and leading end-to-end hiring processes to support company growth.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with management to align HR strategies with business objectives. Your expertise in local labor laws and talent management will ensure effective policy execution, smooth onboarding, and high employee engagement across the organization.
This is a critical position meant to support the expansion of our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate is expected to join the company by October 31, 2026.

Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle hiring and recruitment processes to source, interview, and select qualified candidates.
- Manage employee relations programs to maintain a positive, transparent, and supportive work culture.
- Serve as the primary advisor for management and staff regarding employee relations, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Develop, refine, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Design and execute structured onboarding and orientation programs for newly hired personnel.
- Collaborate with department managers to assess staffing needs and develop strategic hiring plans.
- Facilitate conflict resolution strategies and conduct fair workplace investigations when necessary.
- Track and report on key HR metrics to improve employee retention, engagement, and operational efficiency.
